To Qualify:
- Must have annual USAGE over 9,000/kWh per year
- Your Electric Bill MUST be reduced lower than your current cost and make you money
Due to the Federal Government 30% Income Tax Credit based on the gross cost of system we can normally apply that credit to your new roof with little to no money out of pocket while lowering the cost of your Electric bill.
Power Purchase Agreement Example:
Annual Usage: 12,000kWh
10kw System Size
Paid by PPA Funder: $30,000
30% ITC: $9,000
Roof Cost: $9,000 = Roof

2. Have buildable slopes with Azimuth between 90 and 270. (sun side of house)
3. Have limited shading. We can include trees to be cut if usage is over 12,000kWh
