How Much Does it Cost?
Our "Solar for Everyone" cost ZERO money out of pocket and just gives you a new and better way to supply energy to your home. We just ask that you TRUST the SUN instead of utility executives.
Do we need Credit for solar?
"Solar for Everyone" does not require any credit unlike most companies in America. We trust you will pay your lower solar bill rather than your high electric bills.
What if we sell our home?
Solar rate will transfer to new owners just like when they buy your home they will have to open account at utility company taking your name off account and adding theirs. Same with solar we just need them to contact us and change contact details.
What if new owners do not want solar?
People whom do not want solar will not look at your home but it is a fact that solar homes in America are selling faster than non solar homes because people understand the benefits.
Will we still have an electric bill?
Yes your electric bill be will reduced to a service fee and must stay connected to grid. All utility bills have a SUPPLY and DELIVERY Charge. When you go solar you become your own supplier so the 2 charges are dropped just service fee.
What if my roof leaks?
We have a Roof Penetration Warranty that guarantees no leaks or we will fix it free of charge. Solar protects roofs and allows them to last twice as long because they are shielded from sun and the sun is what damages roof.
How long do solar panels last?
Every panel has a 25 year warranty but they are known to last up to 50 years. They will have a degradation every year producing less energy but they will still have production.
What if my panels get damaged or productions drops?
You have a 25 year, Production Guarantee, Workmanship Guarantee, Roof Penetration, and if anything happens we send a service representative to your home free of charge.
How can I track my solar production?
Every system has a monitoring feature allowing the homeowner to see the production on a daily, weekly , monthly or annual basis.
Why is Solar lower rates than my utility?
Your being billed by utility for DELIVERY and SUPPLY plus fees. When you go Solar you become your own supplier and the delivery is dropped therefore cutting bill in half most of time. The utility will still have service fee or connection charge but will not bill Delivery.
How Does Solar Protect My Roof?
Sun is the main culprit to destroying roofs because the heat from sun loosens gradulars on shingle that causes broken seals thru time not wind and rain. Solar protects the roof and since installs are on south facing that receives most sun the roof last longer.
Why would my panels have to be removed?
Alot of companies install on 3 tab or old roofs that will leak long before solar panels expire which is a major problem. We will NOT install on old roofs so panels and roofs longevity go hand in hand with production and savings. Remove and Replacement is expensive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
What is a Production Guarantee?
If at any time you receive a bill larger than expected we will pay it based on the production of system that is guaranteed for 25 years. We will give you payment schedule based on system size and if different call us asap.
Do you offer troubleshooting services?
Yes, we offer troubleshooting services if your not producing or electric bill comes in higher than normal. We have service teams that will address that immediately.
Do they send us a bill or how do we pay?
You will have an on line account to view billing same as your utility. The will withdraw funds from the account you gave them when filling out application to pay the bill monthly.
If grid power goes out does that knock out solar?
Yes, every time the grid power goes out the solar stops working if you do not have a battery back up. The reason is because to repair the outages the linemen must be able to access electric lines shutting down entire system.
What are Adders and how do they effect rate?
During the build or install process the amount of adders whether it be trees, new roof, main panel upgrade, etc the cost of those improvements must be absorbed by project cost. This is not a huge increase in rate because it's stretched out over 25 years so it still saves you BIG Time.
